PC Communicator

i2Communicator is a versatile personal communication tool for your PC or Laptop. It offers a multi-line softphone with many telephony features, instant messaging for peer-to-peer and group chat, multiple address books, presence and call status information of colleagues, integrated voicemail, text notes, session history and speech recording. With the diversion feature you can manage time dependent call handling rules, personal sound prompts and personal interactive voice response menu's. i2Communicator has an Outlook plugin that enables click-to-connect from Outlook and can be configured as dialer for an associated fixed telephone. Despite the functionality i2Communicator was designed for simplicity of use. No training courses are needed to use i2Communicator.

Apart from i2Communicator, iVOCS has a range of advanced PC client applications. All these use open standards and range from operator console to contact center client.
