i2 iVOCS integrates

Since 2006, iVOCS has been working on a system that really integrates communications and business processes. In version 1.5, all bits and pieces fit together in well designed products and solutions. Of course, integrated communications is the integration of multiple modalities such as Telephony, Voicemail, Messages, Chat, Email, Address book, Fax, SMS, Documents, Tasks, Agenda and Notes. But it is also the integration of communication with business processes in customizable CRM solutions. On top of that, version 1.5 now has a fully integrated management application that configures and monitors the components of the system. Features like fault redundancy, security and quality of service are an inherent part of the system.
