Communication server

i2Pack is a communication software package. This package contains all the software needed for an IP PBX, a Router and for Message and Presence Servers. There are two formats: a small mini-server, ready to use and a custom-installed version for 19”rack servers. All the usual PBX features like conferencing, IVR, voicemail, email, mobile twinning, messaging and speech recording are included. On top of that, ring groups, queues, presence, busy lamp, reception and auto attendants improve your reachability. In case you are busy or absent, calls can be forwarded to colleagues, voicemail or auto-attendant. i2Pack is based on internet technology and open standards. Internet enables multimedia, teleworking and virtualization while open standards allow for a free choice of supplier and a vast choice of devices.
